I waited two hours to be called and then once I was the nightmare began. He was snarky, abrupt and sarcastic. He refused to re-fill my Glipizide as he said it was a 'horrible pill '. Sent my supplies to the pharmacy rather than mail order so had to pay ( mail order is free ). Never called after 3 weeks for blood test results and the final straw was when he finally got around to calling me about the results I asked him to call in a prescription for me, he promised to do and failed at that as well. Also failed after multiple requests to send me the results via email. The worst experience from top to bottom ever.

MD L is wonderful my name is Valentina I have been a loyal patient for years he is very respectful doesn’t speak to his patients condescendingly like some dr. And is very thorough always seeking the best treatment plan and even will recommend something natural too HES awesome kind great sense of humor and clearly it’s no wonder that his office is always full of all his loyal patients M.D.L u rock thank you for treating everyone wonderfully all the time

Dr. Lazzara is great my husband and I have been going to him for over 20 years. We go to the Staten Island Office. He always spends time with us discusses any questions we may have. Always follows up with any tests that are given to us. The staff at Staten Island office is something to be desired. not very nice and not helpful at all. I think Dr. Lazzara is a great doctor

The doctor is okay. ..the only problem in that office is his secretaries. ..they yelled at patients, intimidate them and the other day one of them yelled at a lady saying. .you take a narcotic and that's it you have to be charged even if you don't see the doc ..so sit down!
