Dr. John David Leff, MD

Dr. Leff recently did surgery on my inguinal hernia. A week out from surgery and I'm still waiting on a return call. The communication is lacking. Aftercare instructions is very poor. Expectations and possible outcomes post op should be addressed prior. Apparently, according to his staff, he does too many surgeries for them to contact everyone. They will not follow up and address concerns. I contacted the office to confirm medication before my surgery and was snapped at saying, well if you read the paper I gave you. I had read the paper, however it left a lot open and unclear. It was not necessary to be rude. I have had previous surgeries and they did not leave pre and post op instructions open to the imagination.

Dr. Leff is an excellent and caring provider. I could write pages upon pages of compliments, but will summarize by honestly saying “I would not hesitate recommending this surgeon to family and friends”.

He is the best doctor ever i have seen .. He operated me for removal of a benign from my breast, and he explained everything and he is everything you could ever want in your doctor, made me so comfortable during the whole process .. he is true man of god i must say , always smiling and having positive attitude ,everything went so well and smooth.. May God bless him abundantly

My grandpa was actually fighting a bad infection with a cyst in his neck for a YEAR with other doctors in our area not saying that they wasnt doing there job but the treatments wasn't working! The cyst ended up busting so we took him to the ER @ Riverside For 24 hour observation thats when we met Dr. Leff & his team. He was explain all the right treatments that should work in order to get this all cleared up...& it worked finally after a year of dealing with this it was all over! Now, when I found out I had to have surgery recently I made sure that Dr. Leff's office was the first one on the referral list! Thank you for being the best at what you do!

Great doc!

He gives all he has to his patients and knows what he is doing. He stops in every patients room 2 or 3 times a day frequently. He cares and shows it. He makes you feel good even when you don't. What a doc!

Absolutely Fantastic! Very professional and shows an extreme level of compassion. I would recommend Dr. Leff to anyone. I was extremely impressed with him and his team.
