Dr. John C Li, MD

I am an RN and I have had chronic ear problems all my life and have been a patient of Dr Li's for 25 years. I have never had as much trust in a Doctor as I have had in Dr Li. He is well worth the wait and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr.Li provided excellent treatment to help resolve my recurring vertigo. He is compassionate and intelligent, taking the time to thoroughly explain as well as to answer all my questions. His PA, Jared, is also excellent. The office is extremely well run.

Our family has been going to Dr. Li and his Staff our whole lives. Dr. Li has done surgery on my husbands sinuses, the removal of our daughters tonsils and adenoids and our grandsons PE tubes for his ears. Jarred has taken care of our son's chronic wax build up and my Vertigo, putting my crystals back in place. plus a 42% Vestibular Disfunction in my left ear. My parents also go to Dr. Li for issues and most recently for hearing aids. Needless to say we keep them very busy. I will tell you this.. When Dr. Li comes in the room and shuts the door behind him, he makes us feel like...HE WENT TO SCHOOL JUST FOR US... you don't get that type of care these days. He is very thorough and always takes his time to listen and explain the reasons. He is a Dr. of caliber and must have trained Jarred with the same dedication. Upon exiting the office Bridgett has always greeted us with a smile and explains our insurance while providing us with a followup appointment that both meets our needs and… keeps the doctors request for return. I have worked in the medical field for 27 years, so I can appreciate a well organized and highly efficient office... Trust me they are few and far between. Dr Li gave my daughter Lucy the gift of hearing and we are forever grateful for him. He treated her as though she was his daughter. He allowed us to take part in the decision making and provided excellent quality of care! She no longer lives in the shadow, she now shines. You can't ask for a better physician.

Whenever I have Vertigo, I cannot get an appointment for over a month or sometimes two months out...

I had an 8:30 am appointment so that I could get in and out quickly. At 9:15 am I was still waiting in the doctors exam room. I asked the medical technician what was going on and she said, only after asking her that the doctor would be in in 10 minutes. At 9:25 am I walked out of the room and left. I went to the front desk to ask why I waited one hour and did not see the doctor and a make assistant just walked away. I called the office manager from my car and told her what happened and she said that the doctor came in late. I asked why didn’t someone tell me when I checked in that the doctor came in late and that I would have to wait at least an hour and I would have rescheduled. She said she did not know why. I did not have to waste an hour of time when they could have told me that there were four people ahead of me when I checked in at 830. Not a very professional way to run a doctors office. I sent a fax to dr Li telling him what happened and no response. I waited more than a… day before posting this to see if someone from Dr Li’s office would call me. No call. I am finding a new doctor.

Dr. Li and his staff are smart, attentive, and helpful. They explain treatment plans and their alternatives clearly. They provide excellent help.

First of all I would like to say that Dr. Li and his PA are both very good. My problem is that whenever I get vertigo, I can never get into see them before it is gone. I think they should have a couple of open appointments every day for "sick" visits. Recently when I called in, the person on the phone said. "oh we haven't seen you in a few years now" and I said yes because every time I try to get in and get treated there are no openings. This time I asked if the PA could call me back as I had some questions about my self - treatment - the Epley manuver. The staff said he won't be able to call before the end of the day. No problem. Well never got a call that day or any day! So of course now a week later when I am better and no more nystagmus (rapid eye movement) so they wouldn't be able to even see how to treat me, I cancelled my appointment again. Good doctors if you can get into see them! Good luck.

Worst place. You have to wait 45 PLUS-minutes to see him. I do not recomend this place in 210 Jupiter Lks Blvd-Bldg 5000

Dr. Li is an exceptional physician.A gentle man, he listens carefully and treats wisely.He treated my benign positional vertigo successfully. He also advised me on treatment for my spasmodic dysphonia voice disorder and gave me solutions for my sore throat and congestion.
