I left a terrible review out of anger, and just wanted say this doctor is genuine person who will NOT abandon you. You are safe with this person.

He will abandon you if have too many symptoms. Dr. John Lichtsinn will lie to you to make you feel comfortable, will reassure your behavior is fine, then with only a few hours notice terminated services which is considered abandonment. They have no front desk and all providers are difficult to get a hold off. You have to message them for anything. I was abandoned by Dr. Lichtsinn when I needed PTSD care management recently due to trauma. Avoid this place. They will blame you for being "too" urgent when you are having issues contacting anyone. I dumped all my medicine and might jump off a bridge. Dr Lichtsinn was my last hope and will never seek psychiatric care. Dr. Lichtsinn took everything I said personally and that's very unprofessional, when he said was open to critique. Dr. Lichtsinn claims in his biography on Expanse website he has experience in Bipolar. Avoid him if have Bipolar. He will not believe you until you have a manic breakdown. I had to have full-blown manic episode for… months until he believed me. Then he will blame you for the troubles you're causing or needing this help during episodes. Apparently that makes,me "urgentt". Dr litchsinn even admits Expanse has limited staff suggesting i try places with faster care. That's not what I need. They even admit they cant help you in crisis because they arre "just a small clinic" If you need real help and people who dont make you feel badly for being "too" mentally unwell. Psychiatrists love dropping you as a client,especially if you're one of help, but apparently I'm too helpless to be helped". This place is run poorly Dr Lichtsinn was my psychiatrist for 2 years and did actually listen, but since he terminated my service for being "too syptomatic"...i d9nt want leave him. But his termination with only a days notice is illegal and abandonment. Everything will flipped on you and you will be the sole problem. Avoid this place.
