Dr. John David Lieser, MD

The office admin staff has major procedural issues. I never saw Dr Lieser on this appointment. In the past 5 months, the admin staff has screwed up a billing, a referral and making an appointment to follow up on a test when they did not have the test results. They need major front office help.

Dr. Lieser is always friendly, thorough and involves me in the decision-making. He provides options, discusses then pros and cons of each and allows me to make the ultimate decision in the best approach for me. I have complete confidence in his expertise.

Compassionate, professional and caring doctor. Addresses your issue throughly and ask you how would you like to proceed rather than just saying you need this test and treatment. You are an active participant on how you want to proceed.

Very friendly and helpful to your medical problem. He listens and finds a solution. He makes you feel at ease during a procedure. I recently had surgery and he did an awesome job to repair a hole in my ear drum. I highly recommend him…but because he is so highly rated, it can make getting an appointments harder! But he is worth the wait.
