Meet Dr. Liscio
Dr. John Liscio graduated from Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry in 1979. He then opened his private practice in Colchester, Vermont in 1982. His practice, now Liscio Dental, has a longstanding reputation for comfortable, contemporary, and effective family dental care.
Dr. Liscio is passionate about continuing education in both traditional and integrative dentistry. From the mid-1980s, he studied with pioneers in biocompatible dental materials. Along with these respected peers, Dr. Liscio continues to promote holistic dentistry and biocompatible materials. He earned professional certification through the National Center of Homeopathy and has participated in many courses held by The International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, The American Academy of Neural Therapy, and The American Academy of Craniofacial Pain.
Dr. Liscio is one of a few dentists in the United States who has the distinction of being a Level IV graduate from the Orognathic …Institute of Bioesthetic Dentistry. He is also among the small number of general dentists in Vermont who have a conscious sedation permit, having successfully completed a comprehensive program through the American Society for the Advancement of Anesthesia and Sedation in Dentistry. Dr. Liscio also holds membership with the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.
