Dr. John William Little III, MD

Did not follow-up following a revision to his surgery.

Dr. Little is an excellent surgeon and an artist. He did my neck lift and a mini-lift with fat grafting (nearly 20 years later). My neck looks as good today as it did almost two decades ago. That's the difference between an average plastic surgeon and someone like Dr. Little. He is well-known to his peers as an innovator, and an excellent teacher and in-demand speaker around the world. The reason? His results.

I had a facelift with Dr. Little a couple of months ago. My transformation from an old lady to a beautiful woman has been a life altering experience. Dr. Little is the best. He is an artist and a scholar. My entire experience has been A++. I do not agree with other posts. I was not over fat grafted and my result is so natural. If the person who posted with pain is in fact for real, why did it take 9 years to post. The pain is probably psychological because anyone who knows Dr. Little knows he is one of the most caring doctors in the field and would never refuse to take care of a patient unless it was in the patient's best interest not to operate for psychological reasons. I highly recommend Dr. Little to anyone and everyone.

This is the second time Dr. Little has done surgery on me. The first was in 1990 for reconstruction. He was brilliant.
