Dr. Lord is SO awesome! I was dreading going to an appointment about what I thought I already knew was wrong with me and thought it would be a waste of my time (and money). He proved me wrong. He was so personable and knowledgeable…it was ridiculous! I strongly recommend him. I came to find out that he was also my colleague’s podiatrist. We both were so impressed. Thank you, Dr. Lord.

Saw Dr. Lord on 2 occasions with an inflamed heel.He explained thoroughly what was wrong & gave me Prescriptions & detailed instructions on what to do & wear to correct. His nurse was also very helpful. I wish there were more doctors & offices like this one(Duraleigh Rd office). Thank you Dr. lord for taking away my pain!

The good news is, there was a podiatrist available. The bad news is tha registering at 1045, I was given an appt. at 1115. I was taken back at 1125, x-rayed at 1135 and left to rot in a room until 1215. I finally got out of there at 1.20! Won’t be going back for my follow up.

Dr. Lord has a great bedside manner. Je listens then analyzes what is relayed to him. I love the fact that with my issues, he can relate and makes me feel comfortable.

BEWARE!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS DOCTOR. HE DIAGNOSED ME WITH PLANTAR FASCIITIS WHEN I HAD THE ONSET ON NEVER DAMAGE. I WILL HAVE SEVERE PAIN IN MY FEET FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.

Dr John Lord and staff are extremely friendly, compassionate and personal with their patient’s. I am very impressed with the wait times to see doctors. I would recommend Dr. Lord to my friends and family. A BIG kudos to his Nurse and Staff
