I needed a nerve test on my hand and elbow. Had this test four times before. Dr. Lucas and staff git it. They know it is not fun thing and listen to what the problem is and what is going on with it. We had a conversation during the procedure. By far the best "bedside manner" I have experienced having a nerve test. I pray that was my last one but if I had to I would go back.

No empathy gave no diagnoses or treatment. Took my money didn't preform any test but wanted me to do a painful test which I had already done. When I refused I was told to leave that they would do nothing else. Gave false medical facts including shaking legs in a 40 year old woman is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. In and out in 5 minutes. Extremely rude and condescending.

Dr Lucas is one of the most caring doctors I've ever meet. He educates you on diagnosis and medication. He welcomes questions and gladly answers. Considering the line of work and the amount of bad news he has to give out daily he is always very kind and courteous. Always walks me out to say goodbye

Dr. Lucas does not listen to patients concerns when diagnosing. He diagnosed me with conversion disorder when in reality I had a serious nuerological disorder causing my symptoms. Even if I had a psychological disorder or conversion disorder causing my symptoms he is still not the doctor I would choose to help treat it. He did not recommend any beneficial treatment or therapy to help cope. I told him I had neck pain and he said from stress. Low and behold I have several bulging disk in my neck causing me pain.

My wife and I have had appointments with Dr. Lucas. Dr. Lucas "nailed" the issue my wife was having and prescribed medication which stopped her issues. Yes, indeed, we would refer his services to anyone. The staff has been friendly and professional.
