Dr. Lynam and his staff are great people, caring, and always making you feel good about yourself. If you need a doctor that will take the time and listen to you and your challenges Dr. John Christopher Lynam is the person to see.

Imo one of best dr I have been to in FL. Took over my case after previous dr retired. Happy to say, no drop-off in service. He gives you your options and discusses them with you. Then no pressure.

I have been a patient at Advanced Urology Institute in Leesburg for approximately three months, and it has been one of the most frustrating and incompetent medical experiences I’ve ever had. In that entire time, I have received zero actual care. Instead, I’ve been stuck in an endless loop of administrative failures, lost paperwork, and shockingly careless doctor visits. First, I obtained a necessary authorization from another physician and delivered it to their office. They promptly lost it. When I followed up, staff admitted they had received it but “couldn’t find it.” I provided the document again, only for the receptionist to then question whether it was still valid. Basic record-keeping and follow-through appear to be completely beyond their capabilities. Today’s visit was the final straw. I had a grand total of three minutes with the doctor. When I inquired about a specific treatment option, he immediately said I needed a particular test first. I reminded him that test had already… been done and that he had personally handed me a copy of the results. His response? “It’s not in your record.” I drove home, retrieved the copy of the results, and brought it back to the office. The receptionist then informed me that it was in my record. The only reasonable explanation is that the doctor was looking at the wrong patient’s chart. This level of disorganization and lack of basic familiarity with a patient’s file is unacceptable and frankly dangerous. I will never return to this practice, nor would I recommend Advanced Urology Institute to anyone. If you value competent care, accurate records, and professional staff, look elsewhere. This place is a mess.

Waited for a short time but after going to exam room all went smoothly. Doc had read chart, knew my history and was knowledgeable. Fine work.

The appointment went very well. The went over my concerns and answered my questions. I also to say that Katie who checked me in helped with filling out the answers to the questions on the computer as I was having trouble. She was very patient with me.

Dr. Lynam was very through with my husband's first appointment with him today at the Leesburg office. We are happy that we found him and this office as well.

Right to the point and honest.
