Dr. John Richard Manning, MD

It is very apparent Dr. Manning cares very much for his patients . He is also very down to earth and so so nice!

Excellent bedside manner. Front office very friendly. No concerns went ignored (I had many). Extra testing conducted upon my request (rare with many doctors). My insurance is terrible, but he takes it anyway--I suspect because he is simply a good person. Overall, my experience at Dr. Manning's office was awesome. Waiting on some test results and have had some issue there, but we've had some snow days, so an extra wait is to be expected. The ladies there work hard. And kudos to the phlebotomist, who was able to quickly and painless navigate my "trouble veins." No bruising--thank you so much!

Staff were uncaring and rude most of the time.Dr.Manning was great,NP Bobby agyou was excellent as well!

I really like Dr Manning but the Office Staff is enough to make me want to find another Doctor. They are very rude and no nothing about what they are doing. I called to ask about a test and the girl she answers the phone Hello and then ask me to spell the test I am wanting and then throws me on hold comes back after 15 minutes of being on hold and says "What are you waiting for?" I told her asking about a test and she said "Well I don't know about any test "you's" will have to wait until someone else knows about the test. I hung up called back and she answered again and says "I told you that you just need to hold" I hung up. I figure I will either let Dr Manning know or just change Dr's I keep him cause he is so close to home but now I am REALLY thinking about changing.

I love my doctor!He takes care of me and always has time to listen.
