Dr. John Victor Mansoor, MD

when I first had need for a rheumatologist, I had Tricare, but was not 65. he was not taking anymore Tricare patients. my need was great and i tried other drs. my husband was his patient and John Mansoor treated him for gout. he was the ONLY dr who continually experimented with lab tests and meds to get the right dosage of the right stuff. his patience and diligence were amazing and they were successful. meanwhile i became very ill which stumped everyone and landed me with a team of drs. many great men in this area and outside (Johns hopkins), could not pinpoint my source of symptoms. FINALLY, i became 65, was eligible for treatment, and saw the good dr who sounds like he is going to spout cajun patois any minute. in 2 visits, he correctly diagnosed me with labs. I had A.P.L.S. he referred me to a hematologist and i have been treated to a better quality of life than i expected, EVER. I have been questioned about my wait for his care, and my answer is and always will be because this… dr or that was not John Mansoor. he saved me from my husband's horrible gout attacks, and he saved me. trust no other. when you are the best, you should have such a reputation, and when you are ill, only the best will do. I have been his patient for 21 years, diagnosed with scleroderma. Over the years, additional diseases added to my illness. I have been so blessed for having him guide me through this difficult journey. He and his office staff has never let me down.

Dr. Mansoor is such a kind and caring doctor who wants the best for his patients. I am pregnant, was diagnosed with sjogrens syndrome, and was very nervous about my appointment. Dr. mansoor took his time with me and explained everything to me in a professional and kind manner. He really listens to you and goes out of his way to make sure you have the best medical treatment. I am so fortunate to have him as my rheumatologist, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Mansoor is thorough, caring, professional, and intelligent.

Haven't had a follow up yet, but Dr. Mansoor is awesome and his staff could not have been any nicer. A+

From the time you walk into the office, from office staff, nurse and Dr. Mansoor you feel cared for. I have never been to a more caring and considerate doctor. He has helped me so much and also found things other doctors have missed. I feel blessed to call him friend too. Rating 5 stars is not enough.

This is kindest man and so considerate. He listens and takes time with you and has a wonderful bedside manner. He is very thorough and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Mansoor asks questions, listens and answers my questions in plain English. He is highly skilled, thorough and kind. He even referred me to a specialist for other symptoms my primary care doctor neglected to address. Dr. Mansoor really cares!!
