Dr. Map was the finest Dr. I have ever had. My family and I met him in the early 1960s when his practice was new. We were a Navy family and lived in Va Beach for 10 years, all of which time Dr Mapp was our doctor. He has come to his off ice on aSunday to stitch up my cut finger and driven to our house in the middle of office hours to tend my young daughter who had a bad reaction to a medication. We watched his practice grow to a small office in a shopping center on Laskin road to the huge practice it is today.....unfortunately we had to leave this fine man behind when we left the beach, but my oldest daughter stayed his patient until just a few years ago. I only wish I could say the same for the rest of us....I have never found a doctor or friend to equal this kind and capable man. God be with you my friend.
