Dr. John Christopher Martin, MD

We have been going to Dr. Martin since we moved to Edmond more than 12 years ago and absolutely love him. He may be old school for some, but he is right on top of treatment and care and most important of all, HE CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS! Even when he moved to MDVIP we stayed with him, because he is THAT good! We get in to see him the same day if we have a need and he is reachable 24 hours a day if there is a problem. Can't say that about the doctors I've been to in the past.

I started going to Dr. Martin because I couldn't find a good Dr. My friend told me about Dr Martin so I went to see him. I have been his patient for 10 yrs now along with my husband and all my grown children. We all just love him. He always makes us feel special and always asks about the rest of the family. His diagnoses have always been right on and he calls personaly to give us test results and for follow up calls. He's great. We will be going to him as long as he stays in his practice.

The only reason I don't give him five stars is because it only goes to four.My family has been seeing him for over twenty years.

Dr. Martin has been my doctor for over 35 years. During that time he has always been totally professional but has also been a warm and caring person. I do not know him well enough to be a friend, yet I have always believed he took an active interest in my well-being. He answers all my questions honestly and frankly. He does not rush me. His care has been very good. I do not go to the doctor often yet he remembers who I am and details of our discussions often years later. He is gentle and considerate. He has some elderly patients for whom he sets aside time for house calls each week. Dr. Martin almost always follows up my appointments with a call in the evening a day or so later to see how I am doing. He often calls with results of tests himself rather than leaving that to his office staff who are also very professional, caring & helpful. My elderly mother and my new husband now see him as well. He is just a wonderful family practitioner and a very nice person.
