Dr. John Guy Mastronarde, MD

My expertise is in internal medicine, specializing in pulmonary (lung) and critical care medicine. Much of my outpatient clinic focus is in treating patients who have asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Much of my inpatient focus involves treating patients who are hospitalized with a critical illness or pulmonary diseases. I have an active clinical research program devoted to improving the lives of people with asthma. I believe it is important to embrace patient care that is centered on evidence-based personalized health care. This includes individualized communication and shared decision making with each of my patients.
