Dr. McCann and his staff did a great job of easing my concerns and the procedure was done well. I have had no problems and would use him again.

Billing disaster, he submitted invoices to my insurance for procedures never performed, double billed for other procedures, when my insurance refused to pay, McCann and his wife CINDY had a collection agency contact me to attempt collection, was eventually payed by insurance after I got them to submit a CORRECT envoice, he then refused to refund about $200 overpayment, took him to court and I got my money back, despite LIES about what happened, be warned, get an estimate from your ins of your responsibility BEFORE you get the work done. and don't pay them a penny more, period!

Dr McCann's wife Cindy is the rudest, nastiest person i have ever met! I was lost going to there office and was only 5 minutes late and they refused to see me. Also another girl who works in her office is a nasty condesending immature wench! I will NEVER recommend them to anyone, have bad mouthed them all over Brevard and will continue to do so on Social media and in the newspaper to anyone who will listen. RUN from these people they are nasty and crooks!

Dr. McCann is a wonderful caring person who has gone way beyond what I could have ever expected to save one of my teeth. He retreated a failed root canal and has treated me for almost two years. I am so grateful for his perseverance and positive attitude when everyone else wanted to "just pull the tooth and get an implant"!

Cindy the Doctor's assistant is RUDE! I called 20 mins before the office closed to ask a few questions about billing and because it was the end of the day (and she is lazy) she kept hanging up on me. I tried calling her back a few times incase it was a bad connection and I could hear her laughing every time she picked up and hungup. Finally I got the office answering machine because she had left. Even the next day she was rude and gave me attitude for asking her questions about my proceedure. She is so immature. Dr. Mccann is better off getting a new assistant because it is costing him business. After reading a few of these other reviews I am happy to know I am not the only one who has had a problem with Cindy and I will not be going back there. I am taking my business somewhere else where the office staff is more professional. I'm just upset that I even gave them a little of my business. This office staff especially CINDY IS HORRIBLE!
