I saw Dr. McCormick for my work-related back injury, and it was the best experience I’ve had since the day I got hurt. I arrived in severe pain — the kind of pain that’s completely new to me since this injury — and I’ve been struggling to explain what’s wrong because I’ve never dealt with anything like this before. Even though I could barely communicate what I was feeling, his expertise let him understand exactly what I was going through and help me right away. He took every issue seriously, got me into physical therapy, prescribed medication that finally made the pain manageable, and ordered the MRI so we can truly understand the damage. I was also blown away by how organized everything was. I left my appointment with my medications in hand in under five minutes — something I’ve never experienced through this whole process. After months of feeling ignored by my first doctor, this level of care was something I desperately needed. I’m incredibly grateful and hoping I can continue to… receive care here as I work through the hardest thing I’ve ever been through.

Dr. McCormick and his staff have always been courteous, efficient, and helpful. My appointment times have been honored at each visit with almost zero waiting, which makes me believe they value “my” time. Once diagnosed, my problem was visually explained so I would understand the cause and treatment. Surgery went very well and I had very little pain during my recovery. My problem was neuropathy of a foot and leg, which required back surgery to remove something like calcium spurs that were contacting the nerves. I’m happy to report that I am very much improved and getting better every day.

I have my back injected every 6 months. I see Mccormick or his PA all good there but I have to call again and again for weeks for them to schedule me in Reidsville for the injection, It has been more than. a month this time and I've given up. I'll seek treatment elsewhere.
