My 1st visit with Dr McDonald was very pleasant. Wished I had found him sooner. Very easy to explain to him my condition & his explanation was very easy to understand. I feel confident that he will get to the root of my problem. Louisiana needs more Drs kind courteous& understanding as he. I highly recommend anyone having digestive problems to give his office a call.

Still having serve Re stomach pains.feels like food doesn't go dowm,much swelling,disabilitating attacks.This doctor acts like he could care less.After initial tests,no solution,no follow up,no other test.Nothing.Very hard to get an appointment.I donot recommend this doctor.

I went to Dr. McDonald with serve re stomach pains in my upper abdomen.He did test and found I had a hiatal hernia.Then He did absolutely nothing about it.No follow up, no recommendation nothing.I still have the severe attacks and the last two days I have been having the same severe pain like a horse is kicking me in the gut,nausea,vomiting,fever and I can't poop or pass gas.I am miserable.I tried to reach this doctor's office and there is no way to schedule an appointment online or reach them by email on the weekend anymore.These people obviously don't care about their patients.That's why their ratings are so low.
