My daughter had an allergy attack and headaches. I called physician's exchange to page the doctor. He never called back! I called and left a voicemail message to relate my daughter's symptoms and that I was bringing her in without an appointment. When we arrived, we were told it would be a wait since we are walk-ins. I did explain that she is in pain and they said the doctor will see her as soon as possible. 45 minutes later she is taken into a room. 20 minutes after that, still no doctor. There was absolutely no consideration of urgency for a patient in need of immediate care. Even after I brought this to his attention, he still made no effort to see her. No one in that office was being seen for a current asthma or allergy attack, all preventative appointments. Do not go to this doctor, he and his staff do not care!!

This doctor is thorough and personable, his staff is friendly and helpful. Each time I go to him, he not only pays attention to those issues that are his specialty, but he also cares about my general health. He tries to find the most economical way for me to be treated too. He cares about the costs of different treatments and the impact of my Medicaid insurance on receiving the treatments he prescribes.
