Dr. John Daniel Mcgraw, MD

The guy is and was an arrogant douche bag. I hope his health is failing so it will be possible for him to receive care as inept as he provided me.

My mother used to be a patient of Dr. McGraw. She said she liked him and he was nice (but I say incompetent). He saw her regularly, did bloodwork and appeared to address her issues (as she told me). Then I began going with her as she got older and noticed that he didn’t really listen to her but just put her complaints off to “old age” and “complaining” without asking any appropriate questions to try to get to what was really going on. As it was my mother’s GFR (kidney function) was 61 in 1999. When I began going with her in 2018 it was 20 (persistent GFR less than 60 indicates CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE). He never once mentioned it nor did anything about it! By the time we saw a kidney specialist and delved into dialysis she was 87, had pneumonia twice and ended up dying of Chronic Kidney Disease. She could have lived healthy and longer just by diet intervention had McGraw done something in the 8 years that CKD helped take her life. Polite yes but incompetent. STAY AWAY!

Dr. McGraw has been supporting our family for approximately 30 years. He treatment approach is appropriately conservative and compassionate. He has an accessible personality that makes him very approachable. The staff Dr. McGraw has hired are of similar temperament, While having practiced for many years, Dr. McGraw is current in his knowledge of emerging trends in medicine,. He is a traditional in his approach but is also not averse to recommending and/or supporting more homeopathic approaches. He is never judgmental. If you need a gifted physician in our area, call his office.

Dr. McGraw has been my family physician for over 25 years. Always professional, personable, caring, and concerned. Great doctor and his staff is terrific.

Unlike some doctors I've visited, Dr. McGraw is professional, through, and friendly. He takes the time to explain both your illness and the used of any meds needed. In addition, the wait time was minimal. I would definately reccommend Dr. McGraw to others.

Overall Dr. McGraw has provided my family with excellent care for the last 8 years. I never have a problem getting an appointment and the staff is extremely helpful. He is also great with the kids (and mine are always in tow!) I feel very comfortable that my family is in his care.

Dr. McGraw is the model for how family doctors should be able to doctor. Practical, caring and comprehensive. I am so grateful that he is our family's doctor.
