“The ambiance of the clinic far exceeds a normal dentist office, which lessens (if not deflates) any fear or anxiety I may experience concerning dental work. The front desk staff knows me by name and truly talks with me like I am a person who matters rather than just a patient. The hygienists are generous with their kindness and attention to detail and answer my questions (and I usually ask several) while making great recommendations for ways I can improve my routine to better my dental health. Even when I've had to have a filling, I walked away happy from the experience because I experienced no pain or discomfort (even from receiving a shot). The great attention to easing my anxiety well before I sit in the chair …and the diligent effort by everyone to keep me relaxed and comfortable despite the work being done in my mouth are why I am very happy with this clinic. On a side note, the spa services being provided before, during, and after dental treatments are phenomenal. Although I've only used a few of them, I plan on staying with this clinic for a very long time, so I hope to enjoy them all.” S.A.
