He was great, professional, took his time to explain exactly the procedure. He was willing to listen to All questions and explain them where one without a medical education could understand. The office staff was timely and efficient and very helpful. If you needed surgery the scheduler took time to answer any questions and was not in a rush to finish.

Great customer service prompt and helpful

Dr. Mesko is the best. After two successful knee and hip replacements I am pain free, extremely mobile and move better than most of my friends my age.(88yrs.) He is kind, efficient, a good listener and answers all my questions. I appreciate his willingness to pray prior to surgery. It gave me a sense of peace and calm that I was doing the right thing. The only negative was we told the assistant to send the script to Sams Club in Jackson. When we went to pick it up, we were told it was sent to Sams Club in the Town Center in Lansing. We had to wait until the script was transferred to Jackson after having to wait in the exam room one hour and fifteen minutes.

Dr. Mesco is a wonderful doctor. Very thorough, compassionate, & knowledgeable. The staff is great. From front desk to x-ray, coordination of surgery (Andrew), it was a breeze. I especially love the idea of Dr. Mesco praying over me before the procedure. 6 week check up was good, answering all my ?s. Giving me info on more pt to do @ home. Also set me up with antibiotics for dental visits in the future. Highly recommend.

The medical staff and doctors are awesome, however having a 3:45 PM appointment and being corraled for over an hour with nobody coming back to indicate he's still coming. After a while I had a vision that the lights would be shut off and I would be locked in the building. Hate when the initial technician after getting information says "The doctor will be right in". Dr. J. Wesley Mesko was very thorough, informative, and answered all my concerns. For him I give 5 star rating.

Dr John W Mesko is always worth any waiting in my book. He is very thorough in explaining what he sees and his plan for fixing. I never feel like I’m being rushed out the door. He welcomes questions and is very personable.
