Dr. John J Migas, MD

Dr. Migas told me I had multiple myeloma. Six weeks later he said I did not. However, then he sent me to Mayo Clunic, where the hematologist told me it does not take a rocket scientist to know you do not have myeloma. Any first year hematogist would know this. I spent over a thousand dollars going there. Then, he made harassing phonecalls, so he could find a way to get rid of me as a patient. He is an independent contractor and will go to extreme measures to make sure his medical malpractice does not get hit. Go to anyone else but him.

Dr Migas is an excellent doctor in all respects. He is the best oncologist in the area for breast cancer and is highly respected by one of Peoria's best breast surgeons. He genuinely cares for his patients and makes time to really listen and get to know them. His optimism but also honesty sets him above any doctor I've ever been in contact with both as a patient or family member. Words cannot do justice to how wonderful he actually is! Very humble man!

Dr. Migas behaved as though he cared. He took the time to answer all of our questions and gave explanations that we could completely understand. Very professional yet put me at ease and I became very confident that he knows what he's talking about. He's just one of those people that I liked almost instantly.

I went to dr Migas after a terrible experience with a previous oncologist. He put me at ease and explained things so well; gave me information that my previous dr had not given me...a completely different look at my treatment plan; even offered a different dosage of med, to which I had asked my previous dr and had been told that was not an option. Dr. Migas went above and beyond; he had not received my records and was still willing to talk with me. Wish I would have switched doctors long ago!

Great oncologist. This physician was caring, compassionate and communicated with us in a way that put us both at ease though the situation was not an easy one. He and the staff were quick to respond. We received excellent care. He gave us hope and direction and supported us through a most difficult time.

Terrible doctor.

Dr. Migas is a wonderful physician! He takes time and explains treatments and procedures. He goes above and beyond and I would definately recommend Dr. Migas as a oncologist.

Dr. Migas is my dad's oncologist. He is wonderful with my father, who isn't very easy to please. He has gone above and beyond to help us.
