My husband had an ingrown toenail when he visited Miller. Now he has a deformed toenail that grows on a 45 degree angle. He told me Miller was training the toenail growth to prevent future ingrown nails. For me I did not feel that I was being heard by Miller when I requested new orthotics because the first set did not align with my arch. Instead of sending the back for new ones, he insisted on shaving them down which made it worse. I gave up when I was in tears trying to wear them a few hours at a time. It was awful and a big waste of money.
