Dr. John Saratial Misdary, MD

This guy was an absolute jerk to my sweet 94 year old auntie. No compassion and no bedside manner. No intelligence to provide relief for her from her injuries. He bounced around clicking his heels while he dispassionately acted like her serious injuries from a fall were too boring for him to bother with. He sent her home while she was unable to move around on her own and was in awful pain. I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to get stuck with this poor excuse for a doctor in an ER. It's no wonder he's at Monument Health in Rapid City, since they own everything in the area and have a long history of mistreating people without repercussion as the only hospital monopoly for hundreds of miles around.

I entered the ER expecting to be listened to about my medical issues. This man seemed too distracted to hear me out and discharged me very rapidly. I returned to my PCP the next day and was treated for a significant UTI an kidney infection.

I was seen in the emergency room and he came in and sat right down with me asking what was going on. Overall just had a great attitude and a passion for helping people.
