Called multiple times regarding a prescription and declined to provide additional details. Wait staff was rude.

Dr Molitoris was the on call dr when I called on the weekend to get a message refill I was having trouble getting. Not only did he call back right away, he was very considerate and helpful. I highly recommend him.

Every time I had an appointment I was never seen on time. If I tried to make an appointment it was two weeks out because he's not in the office every day of the week. When I was seen by him for the first time he said he had to cut my appointment short because he was behind and he has someone to see after me. So you make me wait 20 min past my scheduled time then cut me my time short because your behind? I also called his office on a Wednesday and asked the receptionist to have the doctor give me a call about an issue I saw him the previous week before. He never called so I called the following day and they said they would send another message. 5 pm comes around and no phone call. I receive a voice mail at 10:30pn at night. Who calls someone that late? In his voicemail he said he would try me again in the morning and of course haven't heard from him. This has been the worst experience with ceaders. The service with this doctor is horrible. Will be changing doctors asap
