Dr. John Russell Moore, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Moore for about 3yrs. He is an excellent surgeon and knows what he is doing...he has done 7 surgeries on my shoulder, thumb, and wrist...Dr.Moore has a very bland personality...that people take the wrong way..he is very kind and caring If you understand his personality...his office personal is great...his secretary Ellen is very kind and helpful.

I went to Dr Moore for a cyst on my finger that seemed to get infected and severe pain in my hands. It had swelled 3 times the size in 2 days. My cyst had burst right before the appointment. He looked at my finger for a second and said "I don't know what it was, but it doesn't look infected now". He would not talk to me about the severe pain in my hands and basically told me I had to deal with it. I have no idea what to do if it happens again and left with the feeling that I must live in severe pain! What? Did I pay for this?

Did not like the lack of friendliness with the surgerical staff.

My results were much better than expected. My hand is pain free after several years of chronic pain.

Total waste of 90 seconds of my life. Won't be going back.

Dr. Moore is the best in my books. Fixed both my hands 10 years ago and I've never had a problem. Seeing him now for bursitis in my elbow and he STILL remembers me and asks about my family. LOVE HIM!

We were first told that he would not charge a copay because of wifes health and over $200,000 in medical bills aready. Then told us they wanted the money in cash or we could go to hospital and have it done because they do nothing for free. At end we had to pay copay with a credit card and he did not even spend 15 min. on the job. We brought xrays he kept showing 2 brakes but he said he say only one. This man is more worried about money then the people he is suppose to care for along with his staff. I would go to a Vet over seeing him again!!!! Money Hungry
