I saw this dr. After my current dr. Left the Hugo practice, was a confusing and frustrating visit. A simple med check to establish care turned into me never wanting to go to the clinic again , zero bedside manor, zero people skills, zero follow Up This is a perfect example why people dislike going to the dr... Still waiting for him to respond to my questions , I work in the medical field and am shocked at his lack of people skills and communication. Would not recommend ever . Zero stars... Repeat zero stars

I wish I would have listened to the negative reviews here. Seen on 3 occasions for the same issue and still had to see another dr..

why would you show up for work if you were so sick. After watching dr northwood blow his snotty nose and cough all over my son we decided to leave and schedule with a different dr, preferably one that wasnt so disgustingly ill.

DR northwood has been my doctor for over 10 yeas. he has always treated me with the very best care.

He sees the whole family. He spends as much time as we want with us answering our questions. He doesn't just push pills/surgery but try's other things first (even when sometimes you just want a pill). He suggests and gives referrals when needs are more specific than his general practitioner/family practitioner experience.

As stated in other reviews, here is another unhappy patient of Dr Northwood. My family will never be seen in any Fairview again because of our experience with this Doctor :(

I would never send anyone I love or even hate to see "Dr" John Northwood at Hugo Fairview! Very horrible experience here.

My family and I have been seeing D. John Northwood for quite awhile now. He has been nothing but understanding and caring since the first day I met him. If me or any of my family members need to get in we get in within the next day if not the same day. If you want a doctor who will take the time to get to know you and take care of your needs see Dr. John Northwood! :)

John Northwood has been confronted on several occasions from patients being mistreated by him, given wrong and sometimes harmful medication prescriptions out for mis-diagnosed symtoms. Very poor medical insight can be obtained from Mr Northwood. Nobody should be being seen by this so called Dr if they at all appreciate their own well being. Ask to see any other doctor, DO NOT TRUST John Northwood!
