Dr. John Donald Ogram, MD

I’ve made zero progress in the time he has been my doctor. He does not seem to take mental health seriously.

This doctor continued to talk to my mom after I told him that he doesn’t have permission and I was rescinding my release for her. He called the police because I got upset with him. Seriously dude? You can’t handle an patient that is upset. I wouldn’t recommend this guy to my worst enemy.

Great Doctor who listens and does not just rush you like so many others

This doctor was rude, arrogant and offered no options other than Seroquel, a drug known to have terrible side effects. My sister was on the drug briefly and became pre-diabetic. When I mentioned this to the doctor, he said it was his only recommendation. I said no thank you and he proceeded to tell that I was going to commit suicide. That over four years ago and I am still here. He needs to undergo a strict Peer Review. I grew up in a medical family, have great respect for the medical community, and take his "God" attitude very seriously. The man is unfit for Practice. Patient BEWARE.

Regularly gives misinformation based on misinformation

just likes to give whatever drugs you want even if it is not safe

I find Dr. Ogram to be a very skilled professional who is also very caring. he has gone above and beyond to check on me. His assistant is wonderful also. Highest ratings. Great to find a doctor with such great credentials in a rural community like ours.

dr ogram is the least personable dr. I have ever been to. He has made me jump through hoops and miss more hours at work than i ever had with any dr. he likes to rack up appointments so that he can get a larger paycheck- i asked him after a group therapy session he leads (horribly) a question about a bill and he told me it wasn't during appointment hours and that i would have to schedule an appointment to ask him. my mouth dropped. i have never been treated this way by any other human professional. (as far as being professional goes, he talks down about other drs in his field). for people already dealing with trust issues, he is the worst person to go to.
