Lots of confusion in this office. Lotta pain around ankle!!! Heavy billing!!, BEST FIND ANOTHER DR. ,!!!

He is currently doing vein surgery on my mother. He is very kind, gentle, and patient with her. We're highly satisfied.

Terrible experience: Go to another Doctor, I will...Office girl seemed very confused each time I scheduled an appointment and always had to check with Dr. Oren's assistant.... Appointments were made months in advance and I was assured of being called 1 or 2 days prior to appointment, which didn't happen!!! $200 for missed appointment and told if I canceled next appointment it would be a $400 charge.. Could never find out what it would cost me until after procedures and never really knew what to expect and didn't know what questions to ask... Most everything was handled by other than Dr. who seems very nice but apparently is run by his assistant...First appointment Dr. marked wrong leg and his assistant refused to do that leg so, Dr. Oren marked other leg and removed some veins ( still have several large swollen veins to be seen by another Dr. ) did another procedure, 3 in all I was told.. Stitches were removed by office help and I would have done better myself, worst job of removing… stitches ever experienced, even worse than Navy corpsman...... Second appointment second leg, Dr. Oren remarked first leg totally different from first time ( His assistant gave me what I felt was a film-flam reason, she's full of them ) and left me to his assistant after showing me what he claimed was his tooth in a baggy and said he was going to the dentist. This leg looks and feels quite well, other leg ( which Dr. Oren worked on ) will probably be seen by someone else because there are still large swollen veins ( more film-flam ). I was always asked to appear at least 1/2 hr early for appointments and then had to wait till my appointed time except, for second exam after first leg when I was called and asked to come in early because someone didn't show..Many appointments, exams, procedures, reexamines, remove stitches each time for each leg separately.. The Dr. and his assistant seemed to be talking over my head to each other about changing billing firms and my insurance company and talked about how to bill in front of me.My advise, Go to another Doctor...

The staff and the mood of the office was weird.The doctor was nice and talked alot and took before pics.He marked my leg before surgey of all the veins to be treated but never touched my lower leg where he marked it and it was my worst area of concerc.He ran out of time and had to go to the hospital and just left me with his asst. named Venus who i am not sure is even sure what she is doing and she is totally blank and didn't use gloves to rmeove my stitches.I have too many negative things to mention .Go elsewhere!

I will definitely have all my leg procedures done with Dr.Oren. He was very caring and he and his staff spent a lot of time answering all my questions. He really seemed to care about my problems and he even showed me pictures to see what other patients have looked like before and after their procedures. This is the place to go for all vein procedures.

The staff at this office was rude and unprofessional to me and another patient (I waited and saw how thwy were talked to)The doctor is busy and lets his assistant handle all the talking and financial matters.She cannot answer anything and the cost factor is not discussed correct until after surgery.Go elsewhere.
