This monster who calls himself a Dr. This guy been violating his license to practice in Ct and at least one other State. He didnt even wash his hands or wear a mask when my son sick son had a patient visit.His ignorance is appalling.

I really wish I could give this “doctor” 0 stars. First appointment I was given literally 4 min of his time. My appointment cost $60. He dismissed everything I said and ordered an mri. I KNEW I should have left and not gone back based in his total dismissal of me and my symptoms but I didn’t listen to my gut. Had my mri done Monday, my appointment was for 12 today. At 12:10 he took the patient before me. And then he decided I could wait and he would eat his lunch before he saw me. 12:40 I went out into the office to ask what the deal was. He came into my room 5 min later and said “your mri looks fine, I can’t help you”. And then walked out. EXCUSE ME? I just paid $60 again, you literally said 1 sentence and then walked out. No questions answered no nothing and then said to the secretary I don’t want to see her again. These people shouldn’t be allowed to practice medicine if that’s how they are going to treat their patients. My pain specialist before she retired was amazing and never… once told me she couldn’t help me and then walked away in total dismissal. Shame on him. Shame on him for treating people that way, shame on him for dismissing people and making them feel like they are making things up or don’t deserve to be treated fairly. Avoid this doctor at all costs. He shouldn’t have a license to practice. He’s clearly only in it for the money and doesn’t actually care about his patients.

Dr. John poggiali lost his license to prescribe narcotics because of his negligence and then after he gets his license back tell some of his patients he can no longer see them after his patients been crazy trying to find another doctor because of their horrific pain this. So I could care less about people there is nobody else in this area that will treat patience with pain it's too bad we can't get another pain management doctor in this area that really cares about people I don't know how Doctor John Patty only sleeps at night is staff is okay except for one miserable person there we should not be there because she is so horrible didn't have a good experience there

Handed a urine with no explanation. When questioned was advised to provide sample or no prescriptions. Did so without questioning, still fighting a $7,500 bill for a URINE SAMPLE with Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. He is a SCAM, a dishonest person and NOT RECOMMENDED due to his INVESTGATION BY THE FEDERAL GOV for leaving a signed prescription pad in plain sight which a patient stole. He set up his patients to take the fall for his NEGLIGENCE and who bills for an IN HOUSE URINE TEST at $7,500??? Something smells VERY ROTTEN!

My Surgeon sent me to him after my spinal surgery. I needed more surgery but with diabetes, rotator cuffs in arms and hips, diabetic nerve pain, gout, cervical disk and fibromyalgia, the surgeon was not wanting more surgery because of the other health problems. I couldn’t sleep, couldn’t stand or sit for long, couldn’t garden and cook like I liked and had to do everything when I did have a good day. I’m so thankful to have Dr. Pagiolli in my life so I don’t have to cry and hurt like I used to. I have one less disk in my spine and while removal was good for blood flow and pinching I have also full arthritis. He’s good. Talks to me, he can see when I haven’t been feeling quite right cause I hate to complain and we talk. He listens, if I need a shot he helps, we work with my PHP to set a plan of treatment. I can sleep, I can walk better and have more of a normal life, thank you Dr. John Pagiolli.

Terrible customer service. Rude staff. Takes forever to make an appointment. Appointments constantly rescheduled. Pushes prescription meds. Spends no time answering questions. Stay away.

First time i was ever lied to by a doctor
