Dr. John Pappas, MD

Dr Pappas is a wonderful physician. I have seen him for over 20 yrs and his only concern has been for my wellbeing. He is kind, understanding, and personable. He was able to make a referral for me to another physician with a rare (in this area) speciality. It was a great referral. He always calls personally to deliver results from any labs that are done. A caring person touch which I believe is genuine.

Dr. Pappas has been my doctor for going on 18yrs he delivered my daughter over 17yrs ago. He has since then delivered multiple family members babies because I always recommend him to everyone I know looking for a great Gyno. He has excellent bedside manner and truly cares for his patients. Almost 3yrs ago now he did a tubal for me because I thought it was time to. He always joked with me that I needed one 1 kid but it never happened. He finally said when I was 37 yeah you may need to get a tubal now. Lol... Such a wonderful doctor. . I see him every year for my annual check up and he is always so honest with me about everything and when my results come in he calls me with the results not his nurse how many doctors still do that? Not many... so he is #1 in my book. All I can hope for is he is still practicing when my daughter decides to have kids.

We did it... he listens, we delivered my 11 pound 1 ounce son... he put a tad bit trust in me... I told him we could do it...

Dr. Pappas is everything you look for in a doctor. Kind, compassionate, talks medical in a way an average person can understand. Most importantly, he never rushed me. He always made sure all my questions were answered. I would recommend him to anyone.

This is my wife's fourth pregnancy and now we live in a new area so decided to try Pappas from what we heard about him and online reviews. For certain reasons Pappas was recommending a medication that we were not totally sure about. When I came with my wife to her checkup and attempted to voice my concerns he cut me off and I couldn't believe what his response was. He pretty much told me to shut up, that I didn't know what I was talking about and that this was my wife's decision to make and I needed to stay out of it. And if I couldn't stay out of it, that we can go find another doctor!! Of all of my experience with medical professionals I have never been treated so disrespectfully nor have I been completely dismissed as if I had no reason to be present with my wife concerning OUR pregnancy. This inconsiderate and rude doctor will not get our business ever again. I thought medical doctors were supposed to care for their patients by providing them with the information to make an… informed conscious decision about our well being. Not, it's my way or the highway buster. Wow.
