Dr. John Sung Park, MD

Apparently he knows what he knows, but entirely lacking in empathy or presence--didn't even both to address me by name. Not interested in how my condition fit into the rest of my life, or if I even had one.

I had to have urgent surgery after finding a peri anal abscess. Dr Park took the time to make sure my husband and I understood what was going to be done. After surgery he spent a long time explaining what he found and drawing an example for my husband. I've had two follow up visits and both have been on time and not rushed. As a person with a chronic disease, I see many doctors. Dr Park takes his time, speaks to you in a way you can underatand without being condescending. I would highly recommend him.

wonderful, caring Dr. I felt at ease with him on my first appt. He made me feel comfortable from my first visit. He addressed my problem and set a course for treatment. His office staff is also wonderful and nurses. I am so glad I choose this Dr.

When I first went to Dr Park, I was already at my wits end with my embarrassing bowel problems. I was extremely scared and also hopeful that he could help me. When I explained to him about my issue, he was combative, insentivitie and made me feel that what I was experiencing was dilluisonal. He examined my rectum and said it stinks.. Which was really embarrassing because there was a student inside the room. I would not recommend this doctor because he is not willingly to isolate your issues and not look for any possible ways that could contribute to the problem. Think outside the box doc!

Dr Park fixed an ongoing issue that another Dr could not find or fix. He was very patient explained the procedure and listed to my concerns. I never felt rushed when he was in the room with me.

As someone who vowed that I would never go to one of "those" doctors, I can say that I was very lucky that when I did I choose Dr Park. He put me at ease and was very sensitive to the fact that I was embarrassed and in a great deal of pain. His gentleness in both his words and actions made a very difficult situation a lot less frightening.The office staff is a great asset to Dr Park because they also treat each patient with respect and dignity.

Very nice bedside manner, makes you feel completely comfortable.
