Excellent medical professional: Over the years he has accurately diagnosed , treated and advised me. He is respectful, very observant, a good listener and he explains in words that allow me to understand.

Office staff has a poor attitude about issues of pain and vacation timing. Disappointing communication.

I was seen by one of his associates who ended up leaving before my care was complete. I was then left to see this doctor who also owns the office. He had a med grad student greet me. Then came in after greeting and said he was refusing to follow me not even realizing I was his colleage's patient. When I reminded him, he then said he did not want to accept my insurance anymore, which his office had been aprroving and had not been notified of any change that day or previously. He did not want to give me a referral and did not give me a referral for continuing care. He was unprofessional and basic arrogant and rude toward me-Write about whether you would recommend-Write as if you are talking to a peer who is asking your opinion
