Very caring, committed to his patients. Does not rush you very trustworthy.

Dr Patterson is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He takes the time to explain information to his patients and listens to concerns. He is very knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Patterson is an approachable individual who will take the extra time to go over your health rather than just see a patient as a number

Dr. Patterson is fantastic, however, I don't care for his staff. They were instructed by Dr. Patterson that as soon as I arrived, I was to be taken to the exam room as I was having an atrial-fibrillation attach. I told the staff several times I was having an episode and they kept saying "we will get you back there as soon as we can". Dr. Patterson called me and asked where I was, I told him I'd been in the waiting room for over an hour for the idiots to get me in the back room. Dr. Patterson is very knowledgeable and I loved having him as a provider but have been an Office Manager of a busy 3 provider medical office, they are ALL lacking in customer care.

Dr. Patterson is always very polite, patient and understanding. His staff is always very professional and pleasant and location is very convenient. Thank you Dr. Patterson and staff!

After waiting about 10 minutes listening to piped music finally am told I am number one in the Q. The answer was another voice message telling me that the person at that extension could not be reached and to leave a message. I left a message. One hour later still waiting for a call back. In the meantime my daughter is still in pain. Going to take her to another doctor
