Dr. John William Pawluk

Dr. Pawluk performed my root canal 2 years ago. It failed and I have been dealing with pain and infection for a couple months. I spoke with his receptionist several times on the phone and was under the impression that he would provide me with a free consult today because "he stands by his work". When I arrived at the office, I was immediately given a $150 invoice. His staff is rude and the receptionist even suggested that my issues are a result of my poor oral hygiene. Their lack of compassion for their patients is truly astounding. Today, Dr. Pawluk compared my root canal to a knee replacement, in that it is not permanent and may need to be redone every few years. Interestingly enough, I don't remember him mentioning anything like that when the procedure was preformed initially. If you are considering having dental work done here, please reconsider!

This team is most excellent in providing dedicated care specific to your needs based upon your desires. Their competency is what you seek to overcome the hesitation you can have with extremely complicated dental issues. At all steps, their "bedside manner" shines.

Dr. Pawluk and his entire staff was absolutely wonderful. They turned a scary experience into a comfortable one. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pawluk for anyone that needs a Root Canal!!!!

Dr. Pawluk is so amazing. He's very detailed in his approach before treatment or procedure great bedside manners and he cares. I have had a great experience at each visit since 2013.

My procedure was done in a quick and painless manor. The doctor explained exactly what he was going to do before he did anything. He answered all my questions. I followed all postop directions and everything went well. I would recommend Endodontic's to anyone.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided. He was very careful to make sure the experience was pain-free. An important consideration for a root canal. I hope not to have to see him again (for obvious reasons!) but would call him first if I have another issue.
