Dr. John Arthur Pellegrino, DO

I am a 19 year old female and on the first meeting I had with him, he asked if I was sexually active. I said yes and said I had a long term boyfriend. He proceeded to tell me that my boyfriend will cheat on me and that all guys will cheat unless you're married. It felt very degrading that our whole appointment was based around that. Then we got a new insurance and needed him to contact the pharmacy to give the ok for me to get my prescription. We've been trying to contact him every day for a week and a half and he's been ignoring us. My whole family will be switching doctors

I just love my family doctor. He gets down to your level to talk and discuss things with you during your visit. He sits down and has you move your chair right over next to him. He asks questions and has you perform some simple tests that I have never been asked before in an exam. I feel he give a great overall evaluation and spends the needed time with you. He wants to really help in any way that he can. He is in private practice on his own and is very busy. I would recommend him to anyone but do not know if he is taking on any new patients.

Dr. Pellegrino has been my doctor for over 20 years and is an excellent physician. His staff is courteous and helpful and always willing to take care of issues. I cannot imagine what I would do if I needed to find another doctor.
