I have not had a better doctor yet!

I have been a patient of Dr. Peterson my entire life (30 years), and my entire family goes to him as well. His office staff may have some issues (rudeness, long waits), but those have been getting better lately, and Dr. Peterson makes it all worth it. He is very knowledgeable about alternative medicines and therapies and knows the best ways to combine these with traditional medicine to get you the best treatment. He is very kind and understanding. I now live an hour away from his office but still make the drive to see him because I haven't yet found a better doctor.

I have been a patient for 30 years. Dr Peterson is a great doctor but lets his staff treat people with disrespect. His Office will not accept my insurace co-pay so we paid whole office visit charge up front. We told the staff person to make sure insurance claim stated thet check was to be sent to paient but when his office submited the claim to my insurance they had payment sent to Dr. Peterson instead. So now they have colleted twice for one visit.

I feel that trying to get ahold of the dr is very hard. You always talk to someone at a different building. The whole process goes thru to many people. It always takes days to get what you need to know and they always say call back the next day.

I have found that Dr. Peterson treats me like a person, not a case. I feel respected in his office.
