Dr. John Pilch, MD

Horrible man! I have been a radiologic technologist in the medical field for 38 yrs and have been around some bad doctors. This man is so unprofessional I would never recommend him to anyone!! I have severe painful nueuropathy in both legs I had to wait 5 months to see him ,I was even early and sat in waiting room forOVER1hr ,new pt visit with his entire useless evaluation only for him to leave 10.38 minutes later by simply walking out the door Pathetic excuse for a man let alone one that calls himself a doctor! Left with still no answers only feeling worse His questions and comments were very unprofessional and condescending. What a waste!

Always in pain went to this doctor for a year put me on 3 different drugs. The last drug was a anti deppresent and I am not deppresed it really messed my head up. He never gave me anything that helped with the pain. So after 2 and a half years sober I threw his anti deppresents in the garbage and went back to drinking. I would not recommend this doctor to put a bandaid on

I am so lucky to have gotten Dr. Pilch as my doctor. Very easy to understand, so nice and doesn't mind explaining anything in great detail. Pleasant to be around. Love this doctor!

Listens and understands

Listened carefully and took his time answering all questions we had. Showed compassion and concern but was directive, when needed. Treated with respect. Would recommend him to anyone who needed an neurologist.

I saw Dr. Pilch about 3 yrs, he was rude, yawned alot acted bored told me I would just have to live with my problems, that I always had something wrong with me. That's why I was there to get help for my illness! got my feelings hurt!

Very disappointed ,will not see again. Can't recommend to anyone

Best neurologist I've ever seen

my wife has been in the er room 6 times in 13 days do to seizures,tremors drs. have tried reaching him and no call backs she has had between 60-80 body riseing off the bed convulsions

I live in Spartanburg county and due to a shortage of Nuerologist and long wait times to be seen in Spartanburg I called offices in Greer/Greenville area. I was told by receptionist a week ago that they had openings at the end of Oct. All I needed to do was get my Family dr. to fax the referral. Today my family doctors office called to tell me that Dr. Pilch would not see me because I didn't live in Greenville. I thought this was absurd so I called Dr. Pilch's office and was told the same thing! I don't know why it matters where I live if I'm the one doing the driving! This may be his policy, which makes no sense, but his office staff should pass this information on and not waste peoples time!!
