Dr Pilcher is one of the kindest physicians I have ever had contact with. He did my surgery I had no problems at all. He is sincere , compassionate and give exceptional care. I would highly recommend him to any one . He has changed my life forever. Thanks so much DR.

I had a gastric bypass a little over a year ago with Dr. Pilcher and I have to say that it was the best thing I have done health-wise for myself. I work in the medical field and he came highly recommended as he is very well known by a lot of the nurses who have worked at different hospital in San Antonio.

I've got to be the most blessed person to have gotten Dr.Pilcher as my surgeon and weight loss Doctor. He explained how the surgery was to go and what to expect after. His bed side manner was better than excellent. He is always available after surgery. I don't let anyone except Dr. Pilcher operate on this body. You can not go wrong in choosing Dr. Pilcher as your weight loss doctor and surgeon.

Dr.Pilcher is an angel from up above. I had the gastric sleeve inDecember and i have never felt this good about my self. surg was a sucess. this was a second shot on life for me and it is a heck of a ride. things i have never been able to do, i am able to do now because of surg. and the angel Dr.Pilcher "I EVEN HAD TO PUT A BELT ON WITH MY JEANS"" I would reccommend the world to this man..

Dr. Pilcher was the best doctor I could have ever had. Very professional, very compassionate and sweet. I felt so honored to have him as my Dr. Every question I had for him, he reassured me everything would be ok. And he was right.

Dr. Pilcher fixed my issues due to excessive scaring from my lap band, when noone else cared, he did, he must like the challenge. Very caring and great in explaining what is coming and what to expect. Dr. Pilcher can be hard to see thou after your procedure and that I understand,Krista his PA is great only part that lacks is staff, have had issues with rescheduling and not being told,why would I lie to you and show up like a dummy if I knew he wasnt going to be there? I dint mind leaving work early but I would have gone straight home and not gone to an empty office? But I guess you cant win them all, good thing I only see them annually. I am offten asked if I would go weight loss again after all the drama I have been thru with all my side effects....I say yes, Dr. Pilcher you were great in caring for me, thank you.
