Very unprofessional. Waited over an hour. Talked about my personal life and not my problems. Very flirting during my interview which made me uncomfortable. Will not go back to him.

First mad because I had to break appt..then told me I had a problem with organs I have already had removed 12 years ago (was very adamant about this), then nurse was very cold. No matter what I explained, didn't seem to care at all, and didn't seem to understand what I was telling them. Very dissatisfied! Would not go visit.

I was referred to Dr. Poulos and at first was not very excited. First visit took 5 minutes and seemed to blow me off. Offered research program and after first endoscope he saw how bad it was and was extremely caring and took the time to answer everything. He has many people to see so just get through the first visit and you will be very satisfied with him.
