dr pumphrey is great his staff is terrible all they want is to make sure they can not be blamed.

Very efficient office and a great doctor experience. Especially liked the poster in waiting room that shows estimated wait times. It was quicker than posted and that impressed me. Very friendly staff. Same with the lab

Many of the questions do not apply to me. This is the best urologist bar none!

It took 3 try's to get the appointment. 2x on hold for 20 then for 40 minutes. I finally went to the office and got and appointment in 2 minutes. I called to get the southwest ft Worth office address and was on the phone with them for over 15 minutes and NEVER GOT THE ADDRESS. THEY APPARENTLY DON'T KNOW IT!!!

Dr worried about psa rise. No Way --to contact him through new office.Very worried and fdrustrated

Dr. Pumphrey is nice, professional Dr. but his nurse Melissa is rude unprofessional, unfriendly and not really pleasant to talk besides fr she don't return phone calls. If Dr. Pumphrey will ever get rid of her he'll probably makes more patient with a 4 star rating

Dr Pumphrey is amazing but he needs to do some cleaning up with his staff especially is so called nurse Melissa. She is rude and never calls me back. I think if he got rid of her that would be the best decision he has ever made. I've seen her and additional staff members speak to patients like they are stupid and they continued to degrade the patient in front of everyone in the waiting room. Do some house cleaning and he would be 4/4 stars.

Dr. Phumprey is the most caring doctor that I have ever gone to. I trust all of his decisions. I feel he is excellent with patient care.

Professional with what I felt was an old country Dr. attitude. Listens to any comments or concerns you might have and does not brush them away as if he already has made a decision ready to get on to his next patient. 2 Offices make it very easy to get an appointment and professional staff at both locations. After I started going to him I discovered my Uncle and several of his friends see him also. All reports are very favorable.

I saw Dr Pumphrey recently for a male urological problem and Dr Pumphrey set me at ease immediately and quickly and in easy to understand terminology explained the problem, suggested several different treatment options and then suggested what his experience has reflected but allowed me to decide what treatment protocol I felt most comfortable with. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to suggest him to anybody who's in need of his services. He has an excellent bedside manner, especially when we are talking about the sensitive nature of the area's of conditions that urologists deal with. He's a wonderful and pleasant person and I'm glad my primary physician recommended him to me.
