I was shocked when I arrived for my doctors appointment and Dr Raniolo wasn’t wearing a mask. Follow up with his office was extremely difficult with the staff rarely answering the phone

This dr lied to me for 8 years. Confirmed this with other drs. One is head of cardiology at major hospital. Dont trust anyone in this office.

The best aviation doctor! He cares about every single one of us. I am a Southwest FO and His prices are completely acceptable, and to be honest my medical certificate is vital to me being able to make a living and is well worth every penny even if he charged $2000.

Have used Doc Raniolo for several years now. He does my FAA medicals and he and his staff are great to work with!

Called, made an appt, let them know I took medication for a condition that required a special issuance. All the time everyone was yup, yup, yup, no problem we'll take care of it and get you flying. Suddenly I was hit with a $350 bill for the "special issuance" that they then said they couldn't do anyway. Once that was paid, then no one at the office wanted to talk to me, everyone was always, "in with a patient" when I needed to ask a question. Finally, not getting any answers, I called the FAA, went to another AME and lo and behold, got my Special Issuance processed within a couple of days!!! This office only wants the money. Will not be returning and won't recommend to anyone.

There is a fine line between keeping the skies safe, and understanding this is our livelyhood. Dr. Raniolo achieves it. He cares about his patients, not just covering his backside. He's my AME for life.

I would like to say John has been the best aviation Dr. I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I had an aviation medical situation and with John's help it was resolved in minimal time. His followup is fantastic. All I can say is THANKS

I am 65 years old and have seen more doctors throughout my life than I can count. John Raniolo is undoubtedly the most caring and respectful of any doctor who has ever attended to me medically. He goes out of his way to assist me in every manner possible and both he and his staff manage all issues professionally, efficiently and with the utmost care. I give Dr. Raniolo and his staff the highest marks of any doctor I have ever known.
