Dr. John F Reinhardt, DO

A very spiteful and unforgiving man. Never thought a doctor could be that way until now

Dr. Reinhardt is my family doctor. He is totally awesome and takes the time to explain things to me. My treatment has been successful. He also treating my husband for cancer. He very thoughtful and kind in treating him as well. Could not have a better doctor taking care of us.

I might have been skeptical of any negative review of Dr. John Reinhardt, as I do remember reading them (on other sites) -- but then it happened to me! After a few years he became very arrogant, rude and seemed to have no compassion. I have done my best to be pro-active about my health; he stopped caring. If you are healthy, your visit will be fine. If you are a bit older, and starting to have multiple concerns... just don't make the same mistake I did, by seeing him.

They left my bill reach a ridiculously high with regards to not letting me know my secondary insurance was not accepted then when I needed a refill the Dr declined to refill my medicine! The receptionist never stated to me that my secondary insurance was not accepted! The office manager in the billing department was rude, and very ignorant

so glad I switched to Dr. Rheinhardt. First time in years that I have felt that someone really cares about our health.

I was not happy with the services my dad received, we almost lost him due to neglect and blowing off symptoms that the ER doctor could not believe where not taken care of in a timely manner. I would not recommend him to anyone that I care about.

I changed over to Dr. John about a year ago. I am so glad I made this change. He is totally the best I have been with. He tells you how it is and you either listen to him or you don't. The important thing is that he really does care about his patients, but for me. He been the best doctor I have gone to and I highly suggest him to other people who are looking for a good family doctor. He very good in what he does!

Wonderful, wonderful doctor! He treats you like a human being and gives you the time of day you deserve! I've gotten better care from Dr. Reinhardt and his Nurse Practitioner Lynn than I ever did any other doctor. I also like how you can be seen in office the same day for a problem and his office staff know you by name without telling who you are. And on average you wait less than 10 minutes to be seen.

Dr. Reinhardt takes the time to find out what's going on in your life....what your interests,etc. Believes that just because you get older doesn't mean you have to slow down and stop being physical.He is an excellent doctor and my sons and I couldn't think of going to anyone else. He doesn't rush you through an appointment..he's just a fantastic person!
