We were displeased with Dr. Revelis' insistence on removing an ear tube from our daughter's ear after it was clear that she was in deep pain from his attempts. His persistent attempts made us feel very uncomfortable. He was not sensitive to her pain or her obvious distress. She was only six years old at the time.
