Dr. John Zachary Reynolds

I drive an hour plus out of my way to see Dr. Reynolds. He’s amazing. So patient and after getting a second opinion I realize how much time he takes to really explain things and make me feel comfortable compared to the other endodontist I saw. The only downside is the front end staff which has very poor communication and is very disorganized. They’re lucky to have him though. I chatted with another lady in the waiting room who told me she was on her second tooth with Dr. Reynolds and she waited until winter and she came back to Florida to see him after bad experiences up north too. I haven’t had pain after my two root canals or any issues.

Very poor communication. Very condescending and rude. I would not recommend him to friends or family. Overall I left not feeling very confident in my examination or diagnosis.
