Dr. John Herbert Rice, MD

I have been going to Dr Rice for 38 years. He is the best doctor I have ever had. It is hard to get into him but when I do see him, he knows what he is doing. He is a very compassionate doctor I will be very sad when he retires. Maybe I will be fortunate to have his daughter care for me.

Doesn't listen, doesn't care, he feels his time is too precious to waste on patients.

Acts like he has a golf game waiting for him. Shows no care for patient's concerns.

Dr. Rice is all about keeping his costs down and the number of your prescription drugs up. His answer is pills, pills and more pills. He treated both my father and mother. My dad has now passed from Alzheimers that went untreated and misdiagnosed for years and my mother has just lost her leg to mismanaged health issues like diabetes. When challenged by family members on the aggressiveness of his care plan or lack thereofhis direct quote was Im just trying to keep their hearts beating You do the math...because in my book, he is losing this battle.
