Dr. Rich is a Godsend! He has an amazing ability to compassionately ask the right questions and communicate his thoughts and recommendations. He has given me back the quality of life that I missed for such a long time; I wish I had seen him sooner!

Dr. Rich is very professional while being personable as well. He is an excellent therapist; he listens, he explains everything including his reasoning and plan of management. Additionally, it is apparent that he is a person of faith and has a tremendous concern for his patients.

Dr. Rich can prescribe. If you are looking for more than that, you might have to find another doctor. I don’t know if it’s because he’s a young doctor and still needs more experience, but if he feels you aren’t making enough progress with him, he will ask that you find a new doctor. I don’t know if it’s a liability issue but I was no longer allowed to make appointments with him anymore. It took a lot out of me to see a doctor in the first place and to be dismissed after I made that leap is saddening. Because of that, I haven’t seen a doctor since.
