Had a tooth pulled at one appointment and got a couple crowns at another. Great office, caring group overall, wonderful dentist.

When my husband retired as a dentist we had the opportunity to choose one of the most well-trained and capable dentists my husband had known. We are most impressed with his pursuit of excellence in patient care and his state of the art facility. Dr. Richards communicates clearly his treatment recommendations and focuses on the comfort of the patient.

I really had a surprisingly smooth and comfortable experience at Conroe Dentistry with Dr John Richards and his friendly caring staff. Having a couple of molars removed is not a procedure many look forward to, but the care and confidence of this doctor and his staff were evident and it made me feel at total ease throughout the procedure. It was nothing like other dentist visits I've had where you feel as though you are in a state hospital with bad florescent lights, dirty ceiling tiles, cold lifeless rooms, bad cologne, the sound of the dentist breathing through un-trimmed nose hairs, (you know, that feeling as though the dentist is thinking about everything else but you). Dr. Richards has evidently worked hard to set a new standard in dental experience by providing a warm, classy environment with state of the art equipment, a kind staff, a gift for dentistry and a heart to see to it that his patients know he cares.

Dr. Richards is the best dentist I've ever been to. Pain free, unrushed, great customer service. I recommend him to all my friends!
