Dr. John Charles Roberts, DDS

Drive 2.5 hours to see Mr. Roberts Could not find the place due to the construction clouding the view of the place . Now was a bit frantic and rushed . Had what I thought was a good spot. Told to schedule with someone Toni .. when I tried to do that it was immediately apparent that my calls were not going anywhere . I was then told I was not accepted as a patient and some front desk girl gabby was pretty rude . I later was told I was Brusque and rude !!! All and all thrilled they turned me down as I found a much better dentist .. Sooo glad I called and talked to my specialist and they set my head on straight . They said offices like this should be prepared for patients who are nervous and /or difficult to which she said in my 5 visits had I ever been rude .. Makes you wonder if the dentist even knows his staff does this !
